Casting Collection & Inspection
Fresh castings are collected and visually checked before further processing.
Trimming & Deburring
Gates, flash and excess burrs are removed before precision machining.
CNC Precision Machining
CNC equipment machines connections, sealing faces and assembly features.
Surface Polishing & Finishing
Metal parts are polished and edge-finished for a clean assembly surface.
Assembly & Adjustment
Nozzles, drive and sealing parts are assembled and functionally adjusted.
Final Inspection & Dispatch Preparation
Finished sprinklers are checked, staged and prepared for packing and dispatch.
