Our PVC knife-coated layflat hose is manufactured with premium knife-coating composite technology, delivering far superior structural performance compared to standard woven hoses. It features a high-density reinforced polyester fiber core layer with tight warp and weft weaving, providing exceptional tensile strength, excellent toughness and stable pressure resistance against deformation and bursting.
Thickened PVC coatings are applied on both inner and outer surfaces through repeated high-temperature and high-pressure knife-coating processing. The coatings bond perfectly with the fiber layer as an integrated structure, ensuring no delamination, no peeling and zero water leakage.

Made of professional weather-resistant PVC material, this hose offers excellent UV resistance, anti-aging durability and corrosion resistance. It withstands long-term outdoor exposure, intense sunlight and acidic or alkaline soil conditions, achieving a significantly longer service life than conventional irrigation hoses.
Fully customizable specifications are available, including various wall thicknesses and working pressures, with a maximum diameter of 15 inches. A customized black light-blocking inner lining is optional to prevent sunlight penetration and eliminate algae growth, perfectly suited for irrigation projects requiring high water cleanliness and light-shielding performance.
Difference from White Woven Hose
Traditional white woven hoses adopt simple weaving with thin film lamination. Their weak surface protection easily leads to pulverization, aging and peeling under prolonged sun exposure.
Built with thick knife-coated PVC layers and high-strength fiber reinforcement, our PVC layflat hose features a robust integrated structure. It outperforms white woven hoses in UV protection, outdoor aging resistance, acid and alkali tolerance, pressure stability and overall durability. It is the ideal solution for long-term outdoor irrigation, large-scale field water delivery and harsh working environments.

Pre-Perforated PE Woven Layflat Hose

Pre-perforated PE woven layflat hose adopts high-strength PE woven composite technology. High-density polyethylene fibers are tightly woven to form the main framework, thermally compounded with polymer PE inner liner. The hose boasts great flexibility, stable pressure resistance and excellent tear resistance.
Comprehensive customization is available: overall dimensions, hole diameter and hole spacing can be customized as requested. Various wall thickness options with matched working pressures are offered to suit diverse irrigation projects. Multiple styles are optional: white outside & black inside, blue outside & black inside, all-black type. These designs block sunlight and effectively prevent moss and algae growth inside the hose.

This product features strong versatility. It can be used as branch lines for drip irrigation systems and water delivery pipelines for sprinkler irrigation, widely applied in field farming, greenhouses, landscape gardening and other scenarios.
Key advantages: Pre-set holes are formed by ultrasonic welding, firm and crack-resistant. No on-site processing is required, which greatly reduces labor costs. UV stabilizers are mixed into raw materials, providing great UV resistance and anti-aging performance for long-term outdoor field use.
