Information you send

When you submit a project inquiry, we store the details you enter so our team can respond, prepare product recommendations and follow up on the project. This may include your name, country or region, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, products of interest, specifications, quantity and project message.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use PostHog to measure page views, approximate visitor counts, traffic sources, countries or regions, device categories, popular pages, visit duration, bounce behavior and clicks on WhatsApp, email, phone and inquiry buttons.

We do not send inquiry form values to PostHog. Analytics is disabled in the administrator area, automatic interaction capture and session recording are disabled, and custom events contain only non-sensitive categories such as the page path, product category and contact channel. We do not identify visitors or create person profiles.

Cookies and your choice

Analytics starts only after you select “Accept analytics.” If you reject it, PostHog capture remains disabled. You can review your choice at any time.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. Access to the inquiry administration area is restricted by a secure administrator session. We retain records only while they are reasonably needed for sales follow-up, legal obligations and business continuity.
